Whipped Lavender Honey Butter
4 sticks butter, room temperature
3 T honey
3/4 tsp salt
1 T dried lavender - Pulse in mini chopper or spice grinder
Or
2 T fresh lavender- Pulse in mini chopper/food processor
Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer and whip at a high speed until desired consistency, 2+ minutes.
*If using a ‘salted butter’ you may not need to add as much salt as the recipe calls for above.
